jeff Dollar / Co-Founder

Jeff has a proven track record of delivering customized, innovative and consultative search solutions for senior strategic and niche talent on a global level, ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to large-scale corporate and family-run organizations.  Drawing upon his unique skill set within the recruiting industry, Jeff has successfully completed hundreds of knowledge expert IT/technology/engineering assignments in addition to managing recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) programs and guiding executive leadership, sales, marketing, finance and operational projects within diverse and demanding environments.

Outside of the office, when Jeff is not spending his summers out on the water, he stays extremely active as an NCAA basketball official and serving on the Executive Committee for the local high-school organization (IAABO bd#36).   Jeff & his spouse Kelly have four wonderful daughters and have become staunch Syracuse supporters through their children’s affiliation to the University.

Michael Noack / Co-Founder

Michael’s professional experience spans from leading boutique executive search and large-scale corporate talent acquisition to deeply technical, niche-based recruiting as well as managing enterprise-wide recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) programs. He is most engaged when he is exploring complex talent challenges for his clients and designing creative and cost-effective solutions. He is a results-oriented, hands-on leader who puts forth the relentless effort required to exceed his clients’ expectations in the competitive marketplace.

Michael serves on the Board of Directors for the Bob Lynch Boxing Foundation (and Wisconsin Golden Gloves), a 501c3 non-profit supporting amateur boxing for disadvantaged youth. He and his wife, Allison, are involved in a variety of sports for their two sons including football, basketball, soccer & hockey. As time permits, he and his family enjoy exploring the wilderness and attending music festivals.

Tracie Duellman

Tracie Duellman / Search Director

Tracie is a progressive full-cycle search consultant with a range of experience that spans from deeply technical disciplines to broad leadership roles across a spectrum of industries. She has successfully performed hundreds of searches over the past decade+ in most of the functional realms of engineering as well as a variety of front-office and back-office roles critical to business operations. Tracie is also a Certified Hogan Consultant, helping scores of clients analyze and discover the performance and potential of talent at its core.

 

Aside from her professional life, Tracie can be found hiking, camping and exploring the American wilderness from coast to coast.
